- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University established by law in India or equivalent qualification.
- AND
- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science from a recognized University/Institution OR ‘O’ Level Certificate (DOEACC/NIELIT) OR ‘CCC’ Certificate in Computer Science.
