BPSC TRE 4.0 Eligibility Criteria

• सामान्य पात्रता (General Eligibility):

  1. नागरिकता: उम्मीदवार को भारत का नागरिक होना अनिवार्य है।

  2. शैक्षणिक योग्यता: NCTE (राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद) द्वारा निर्धारित शैक्षणिक एवं प्रशैक्षणिक (B.Ed / D.El.Ed) योग्यता होना अनिवार्य है।

  3. विशेष शिक्षक: विशेष विद्यालय अध्यापकों के लिए RCI (भारतीय पुनर्वास परिषद) के नियमानुसार योग्यता मान्य होगी।

• शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (TET Requirement):

  1. प्राथमिक शिक्षक (कक्षा 1 से 5): CTET Paper-I अथवा BTET Paper-I उत्तीर्ण।

  2. मध्य विद्यालय शिक्षक (कक्षा 6 से 8): CTET Paper-II अथवा BTET Paper-II उत्तीर्ण।

  3. माध्यमिक शिक्षक (कक्षा 9 से 10) एवं विशेष शिक्षक: STET Paper-I उत्तीर्ण।

  4. उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षक (कक्षा 11 से 12): STET Paper-II उत्तीर्ण।

  5. छूट (Exemption): वर्ष 2012 से पूर्व नियुक्त एवं कार्यरत शिक्षक जो दक्षता परीक्षा (Dakshta Pariksha) उत्तीर्ण हैं, उन्हें TET से छूट प्राप्त है।

• CTET पासिंग मार्क्स मानदंड (BTET 2017 नियमानुसार):

  1. सामान्य वर्ग (पुरुष): न्यूनतम 60% अंक (90 अंक)।

  2. पिछड़ा वर्ग (BC) / अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग (EBC) / सामान्य वर्ग (महिला): न्यूनतम 55% अंक (82 अंक)।

  3. SC / ST एवं दिव्यांग (PwD) अभ्यर्थी: न्यूनतम 50% अंक (75 अंक)।

  4. अन्य राज्य के अभ्यर्थी (पुरुष एवं महिला): सामान्य श्रेणी के रूप में माने जाएंगे (न्यूनतम 60% अंक अनिवार्य)।

• अपेयरिंग अभ्यर्थी (STET 2026 Appearing Rules):

  1. पात्रता: STET 2026 परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले अभ्यर्थी भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं, बशर्ते वे BPSC प्रारंभिक परीक्षा से पहले STET 2026 परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर लें।

  2. स्व-घोषणा (Self-Declaration): ऑनलाइन आवेदन के समय अभ्यर्थियों को स्व-घोषणा पत्र (Self-Declaration Form) देना होगा, जो https://bpsc.bihar.gov.in पर उपलब्ध है।

• General Eligibility: Graduation Degree with 2-year D.El.Ed OR Graduation / Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed OR Graduation with 45% marks and 1-year B.Ed (NCTE norms) OR Senior Secondary with 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed / B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed OR Graduation/PG with 55% marks and 3-year Integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.

• Technical / Specific Degree Eligibility: BCA + D.El.Ed/B.Ed, MCA + 3-year Integrated B.Ed-M.Ed, B.Tech (Science & Math specialization) + B.Ed, or B.Sc (Bio-Technology / Electronics) + B.Ed.

• Subject Group Criteria:

  • Language: Studied the concerned language at the Graduation level as Honours/Subsidiary (e.g., Shastri/Graduation for Sanskrit, Alim/Graduation for Urdu).

  • Social Science: Studied any two subjects at Graduation level among History, Geography, Political Science, Philosophy, Economics, Commerce, Psychology, Sociology, Home Science.

  • Math & Science: Studied any two subjects at Graduation level among Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany.

Secondary School Teacher (General Subject) (Class 9 to 10)

• Graduation / Post Graduation in the concerned subject with minimum 50% marks + B.Ed (OR 45% marks as per NCTE 2002/2007 norms + B.Ed) OR 4-Year Integrated B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education with minimum 50% marks OR Graduation with 45% marks and participation in National/Inter-University sports/games OR 3-Year B.P.Ed degree or equivalent.

• Music (Code E): Graduation Degree in Music with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/Board.

• Fine Arts (Code F): Graduation Degree in Fine Arts with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/Board.

• Dance (Code G): Graduation Degree in Dance Education with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/Board.

• Mathematics Subject Group: Studied Mathematics with any two subjects among Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Chemistry, or Statistics at the Graduation level OR B.E./B.Tech degree with specialization in Mathematics (BCA included).

• Science Subject Group: Studied Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry at the Graduation level OR B.E./B.Tech degree with specialization in Science (Includes Biotechnology & Microbiology).

• Social Science Subject Group: Passed any two subjects at the Graduation level among History, Geography, Economics, and Political Science (History or Geography is mandatory). Ancient History is considered equivalent to History.

• Languages: Studied the concerned language as an Honours/Subsidiary subject at the Graduation level.

10+2 School Teacher (PGT) (Class 11 to 12)

• General Subjects: Post Graduation (Master's Degree) in the concerned subject with minimum 50% marks + B.Ed (OR 45% marks as per NCTE 2002/2007 norms) OR BA.Ed / B.Sc.Ed OR Minimum 55% marks in PG with 3-Year Integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.

• Computer Science (Code L): B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, M.Sc (CS), B.Sc (CS)/BCA with PG degree, or DOEACC 'A'/'B'/'C' Level with PG/Graduation. (B.Ed is not mandatory for Computer Science).

• Music (Code M): Master's Degree (M.Mus) in Music Education with minimum 50% marks.

• Commerce (Code N): M.Com in Commerce (EPS, Accountancy, or Business Studies). (M.Com in Applied/Business Economics is not eligible).

• Agriculture (Code O): Graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture with 50% marks + Master's Degree in Agronomy, Plant Breeding & Genetics, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Seed Science, Soil Science, or Horticulture.

Important Key Guidelines:

• Age & Reservation Relaxation: Minimum qualifying marks relaxed by 5% for SC, ST, EBC, BC, and PwD candidates in essential educational eligibility.

• Equivalent Qualifications: Fazil degree is recognized as equivalent to PG, and Alim / Shastri degrees are recognized as equivalent to Graduation for concerned language subjects.

BPSC TRE 4.0 Pay Scale & Mode of Selection

• Pay Scale:-  Class 1 to 5:- Rs.25000 p/m || Class 6 to 8:- Rs.28000 p/m  ||  Class 9 to 10:- Rs.31000 p/m  || Class 11 to 12:- Rs.32000 p/m
• Selection Process:  Selection on the Basis of Written Exam Exam & DV
