Selection Process
- The selection process will consist of:
- Written Examination
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST)
- The written examination will be conducted in two stages:
- Preliminary Examination
- Main Examination
- All questions in written examination will be Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
- Negative Marking: 0.2 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

- Total Marks: 100 Marks
- Total Questions: 100 Questions
- Exam Duration: 2 Hours
- Question Type: Objective MCQ
- Exam Level: Polytechnic Diploma Level

- Technical Subject – 60 Questions

Candidates equal to approximately 30 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the Main Examination based on Preliminary Exam marks.

- Only candidates qualifying PET/PST will be considered for final selection.
