• Pay Scale:  Rs.9300–34800 /– Grade Pay: 4200 /– Pay Level Level-6 
• Selection Process: Selection on the Basis of CBT Exam & Working Experience.

BTSC Diary Field Officer/ Diary Technical Officer 2026: Document Required / Inportant Instruction

Candidates must ensure the following certificates and mark sheets are uploaded in the prescribed columns of the online application:

• (i) Matriculation Certificate: Original certificate for proof of age/identity.

• (ii) Educational Qualification: Mark sheets and Original/Provisional Certificates for B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Sc. (Dairy Technology), or I.D.D. (D.T./D.H.) from a recognized institution.

• (iii) Mandatory Experience Certificate: Specifically for candidates with an I.D.D. (D.T./D.H.) qualification, a two-year mandatory work experience certificate is required.

• (iv) General Experience Certificate: For candidates claiming preference based on contract-based work experience (as per Appendix-1).

• (v) Category Certificates: Caste Certificate, Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate, or EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Certificate as applicable.

• (vi) Residential Proof: Permanent Residence / Domicile Certificate.

• (vii) Freedom Fighter Ward Certificate: For grandsons/granddaughters of freedom fighters of Bihar State.

• (viii) Disability Certificate: For candidates claiming reservation under the PwD category.
