- Step-2: After Opening Portal You Have To Click On “Issuance of e-Pass for COVID-19 Disaster” Link Then Fill Required Field & Click On Submit Button.
- Step-3: See Your Application Preview.
- Step-4: After Submit Click On Attach Annexure, It Will Open Attach Enclosures Form, Add Required Documents After This Click On Submit Button.
- Step-5: Again You Will See Your Application Form Preview Then Click On Submit Button.
- Step-6: Finally You Will Get Application Acknowledgement.
