- Only Male & Female Candidates who have Valid Driving License Issued By The Competent Authority To Drive Two Wheeler & Four Wheeler, Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Or Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Till or Before The Date of Advertisement (29/ 11/ 2019).
