Canara Bank Appentices 2026: Pay Scale & Mode of Selection

• Stipend/Benefits: Monthly Stipend: ₹16,650/- per month during apprenticeship training (Payment Split:Canara Bank Share: ₹10,500/- per month | Government Share (DBT): ₹6,150/- per month) Allowances & Deductions: No extra allowances/benefits; stipend paid monthly after adjusting loss of pay, if any.
• Mode of Selection:  Merit List Basis: State-wise merit list based on 12th / Diploma percentage (Tie-breaker: older candidates ranked higher). || Minimum Marks (12th / Diploma): 60% for General/OBC/EWS; 55% for SC/ST/PwBD (No rounding off allowed).
• Selection Criteria:- 

1. Online application and document verification 
2. Qualifying the Local Language Test (if applicable).
3. Passing the Bank's Medical Fitness test.

• Hand-written declaration Image:- 50-100 kb, JPEG/JPG Format, 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality)

• A hand written declaration stated as

1. First register on the official NATS apprenticeship portal nats.education.gov.in and complete 100% profile to get Enrollment ID.
2. Visit the official website canarabank.bank.in.
3. Go to Careers → Recruitment → “Engagement of Graduate Apprentices in Canara Bank under Apprentices Act, 1961 for FY 2026-27”.
4. Click “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” and fill basic details to generate Provisional Registration Number & Password.
5. Login, enter NATS Enrollment ID, personal & educational details, preferred State/UT and upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression & handwritten declaration.
6. Pay the application fee online (if applicable) and click Complete Registration.
7. Take printout of the submitted application and fee receipt for future reference.
