Pay Scale: SPA/ PA:- ₹9,300-34,800/- + Grade Pay ₹4800/-, Group-B (Non- Gazetted) || JJA/ Process Server/ Peon:- ₹5,200-20,200/- + Grade Pay ₹2400/-, Group-C

Selection Process: The selection process consists of multiple stages, beginning with a Tier-I multiple-choice written exam. Candidates applying for SPA, PA, and JJA positions will then take a Tier-II Descriptive Test. This is followed by a Tier-III Skill Test, which involves shorthand and typing for SPA, PA, and JJA roles, or a Driving Test specifically for Process Server candidates. The subsequent stages include a Tier-IV Interview conducted by the Delhi District Courts. Finally, the process concludes with Document Verification and a Medical Examination.

- Click on the “Advertisement No. 04/2026 – Combined Examination 2026 (Delhi District Courts / Family Courts)” apply link.
- Complete one-time registration (new users) or log in with existing User ID and Password.
- Fill the online form, select post code (SPA / PA / JJA / Process Server / Peon) and upload photo, signature and required details.
- Pay the fee (if applicable) through SBI e-Pay, submit the form and take a printout for record.
