HPSC FSO 2026: Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degree from a recognized University or Institution in any of the following streams:

  • Food Technology Disciplines: Food Engineering, Food Processing & Preservation, Food Technology & Management, Food Biotechnology, Food Safety & Quality Management (or Related Subject).

  • Specialized Technology / Agriculture Sciences: Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Food Nutrition & Dietetics, Horticulture (or Related Subject).

  • Science & Medical Streams: Veterinary Sciences, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Medicine, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BAMS, or BSRMS.

• Language Requirement: Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in Matriculation (Class 10th) OR Hindi as a subject in Higher Education.

• Mandatory Training: Must successfully complete the training specified by the Food Authority post-appointment.

• Selection Process:  Selection on the Basis of Screening Test followed by Subject Knowledge Test and Interview.
