- Educational Qualification (Postgraduate level): M.Sc. Computer Science (Regular 2-year course) OR MCA (Regular 3-year course) OR B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT (Regular course) — with at least 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
- Hindi/Sanskrit Requirement: Matric (10th) with Hindi/Sanskrit OR 10+2 / B.A. / M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
- Eligibility Test: Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) / School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).
