- Bachelor Degree (Graduation) in any Stream from Recognized University.
- Computer Literacy:- Operating And Working Knowledge In Computer Systems is Mandatory ie. Candidates Should Have Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Computer Operations/ Language/ Should Have Studied Computer / Information Technology As One of the Subjects In The High School/ College/ Institute.

IBPS Clerk CSA 16th XVI 2026 Pay Scale & Mode of Selection

Before applying online, a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of
- his/her photograph
- Signature
- Left thumb impression
- Hand written declaration
- SSC/ SSLC/ 10th standard or equivalent certificate
- Please note that until photographs and signature are as per the specifications provided, the system will not allow the candidate to move forward to the next stage of application.

IBPS Clerk CSA 16th XVI 2026: Document Required to Uploaded
- Live Photograph Capture : In addition to the above photograph, candidates will also be required to capture and upload their live photograph either by using webcam or mobile phone.
- Scanned Photograph:- 20kb-50 kb, JPEG/JPG Format, 4.5×3.5 cm) Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
- Scanned Signature:- 10kb-20kb, JPEG/JPG format, 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
- Left Thumb Impression:- 20kb-50 kb, JPEG/JPG Format (240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3 cm (Width * Height)
- Hand-written declaration Image:- 50-100 kb, JPEG/JPG Format, 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality)
i.e. 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)
- A hand written declaration stated as
- “I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

- Click on the “CRP CSA-XVI / IBPS Clerk 2026” registration link.
- Complete New Registration using a valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
- Fill the online application form with personal, educational and other required details carefully.
- Upload Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, Handwritten Declaration and other documents as prescribed.
- Pay the application fee online (₹850 for General/OBC/EWS and ₹175 for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Submit the form and download/print the confirmation page for future reference.
