IBPS PO/ MT XVI 16th 2026: Pay Scale & Mode of Selection
- Pay Scale: Basic: ₹ 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920. The official will be eligible for allowances & perquisites as per rules of the Participating Bank in force from time to time
- Selection Process: Pre Exam, Mains Exam & Interview.

Before applying online, a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of
- his/her photograph
- Signature
- Left thumb impression
- Hand written declaration
- SSC/ SSLC/ 10th standard or equivalent certificate
- Certificate as mentioned in Clause J (ix), - if applicable as per the specifications given below.
- Please note that until photographs and signature are as per the specifications provided, the system will not allow the candidate to move forward to the next stage of application.

IBPS PO/ MT XVI 16th 2026: Documents Required to be Upload
- Live Photograph Capture : In addition to the above photograph, candidates will also be required to capture and upload their live photograph either by using webcam or mobile phone.
- Scanned Photograph:- 20kb-50 kb, JPEG/JPG Format, 4.5×3.5 cm) Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
- Scanned Signature:- 10kb-20kb, JPEG/JPG format, 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
- Left Thumb Impression:- 20kb-50 kb, JPEG/JPG Format (240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3 cm (Width * Height)
- Hand-written declaration Image:- 50-100 kb, JPEG/JPG Format, 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality)
i.e. 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)
- A hand written declaration stated as
- “I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

- Click on the “CRP PO/MT” or “CRP PO/MT-XVI” link on the homepage.
- Click on the link for “Download Call Letter for Online Preliminary Examination” or “Prelims Call Letter for IBPS CRP PO/MT-XVI”.
- Enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and Password / Date of Birth along with the Captcha code.
- Download the Admit Card and take a clear printout to carry to the exam centre with a valid Photo ID proof.
