• Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Age Limit: Between 18 and 28 years.

• Remarks: Candidates must have been born no earlier than 02.09.1998 and no later than 01.09.2008 (both dates inclusive).

Group “A” - Officers

• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager):  Age Limit: Above 18 and below 30 years.

• Remarks: Candidates must have been born no earlier than 02.09.1996 and no later than 01.09.2008 (both dates inclusive).

• Officer Scale-II (Manager): Age Limit: Above 21 and below 32 years.

• Remarks: Candidates must have been born no earlier than 02.09.1994 and no later than 01.09.2005 (both dates inclusive).

• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Age Limit: Above 21 and below 40 years.

• Remarks: Candidates must have been born no earlier than 02.09.1986 and no later than 01.09.2005 (both dates inclusive).

• Scanned Photograph:- 20kb-50 kb, JPEG/JPG Format, 4.5×3.5 cm) Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
• Scanned Signature:- 10kb-20kb, JPEG/JPG format, 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
• Left Thumb Impression:- 20kb-50 kb, JPEG/JPG Format (240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3 cm (Width * Height)
• Hand-written declaration Image:- 50-100 kb, JPEG/JPG Format, 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality)
  i.e. 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)
• A hand written declaration stated as
• “I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

📋 How to Apply IBPS RRB XV 15th Recruitment 2026 Online Form

1. Visit the official website www.ibps.in.
2. Click on the “CRP RRBs-XV” / IBPS RRB XV Apply Online link.
3. Click on “New Registration” and enter basic details (valid Email ID & Mobile Number).
4. Note down Provisional Registration Number and Password received on Email/SMS.
5. Login and fill personal, educational, post and State/UT preference details carefully.
6. Upload Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression and Handwritten Declaration as per size/format.
7. Pay the application fee online and click Submit.
8. Download and print the submitted application form for future reference.
