Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at Pay Level-5 (or 8 years at Pay Level-3) in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies.

• Skill / Additional Requirements: Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Pay Level: Level 6.

• Upper Age Limit: 35 Years.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc) with Physics or Chemistry as one of the subjects with at least 55% marks.

• Experience: Nil required for fresh candidates.

• Skill / Additional Requirements: Computer proficiency in office applications.

• Pay Level: Level 3.

• Upper Age Limit: 27 Years.

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Ceramic, or Materials Science with minimum 55% marks OR 3-Year Diploma in the relevant branch with minimum 55% marks.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant work experience required for Diploma holders (No experience required for Degree holders).

• Skill / Additional Requirements: Computer application proficiency.

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering with minimum 55% marks OR 3-Year Diploma in Engineering with minimum 55% marks.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience for B.E./B.Tech holders OR 3 years experience for Diploma holders.

• Pay Level: Level 6.

• Upper Age Limit: 35 Years.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory subject.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in translation work from English to Hindi and vice-versa in Govt./PSU/Autonomous institutes.

• Skill / Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Hindi translation software and typing applications.

• Pay Level: Level 6.

• Upper Age Limit: 35 Years.

2. Click on Sign Up / Register and create an account with valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
3. Log in and select Advertisement No. 03/2026-27 (Non-Teaching Posts – 55 Vacancies).
4. Fill personal, educational, experience and category details carefully and upload required documents.
5. Pay the application fee online (Group B: ₹500, Group C: ₹250; Nil for SC/ST/PwBD/Female) via Net Banking / Card / UPI.
6. Submit the form on or before 24 September 2026 (5:00 PM) and take a printout.
7. Send the printed application + self-attested documents by Speed Post to The Registrar, IIT (BHU), Varanasi – 221005 within 7 days.
