LIC AAO / AE Recruitment 2025: Documents Required to be Upload
- Live Photograph Capture : In addition to the above photograph, candidates will also be required to capture and upload their live photograph either by using webcam or mobile phone.
- Scanned Photograph:- 20kb-50 kb, JPEG/JPG Format, 4.5×3.5 cm) Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
- Scanned Signature:- 10kb-20kb, JPEG/JPG format, 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
- Left Thumb Impression:- 20kb-50 kb, JPEG/JPG Format (240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3 cm (Width * Height)
- Hand-written declaration Image:- 50-100 kb, JPEG/JPG Format, 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality)
i.e. 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)
- A hand written declaration stated as
- “I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

- Go to the "Careers" or "Recruitment" section and click on the "Recruitment of AAO (Generalists/Specialists)/Assistant Engineers 2025" link.
- Log in using your Registration Number / Roll Number and Date of Birth (or Password), along with the captcha if required.
- Locate and click on the "Download Interview Call Letter" or "Interview Letter" link (available after mains result declaration).
- Download the Interview Letter PDF, verify all details, print it, and carry it to the interview venue along with required documents and a valid ID proof.
Note: The Interview Letter is usually released a few days/weeks before the scheduled interview dates. Check all printed details carefully and contact LIC helpline/support in case of any discrepancies or login issues.
