About ONGC ITI & Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2024
The ONGC is prepared to recruit 2236 ITI and Graduate Apprentices in 2024. This large scale recruitment of the huge number of young aspirants becomes an essential career development opportunity for them in the oil and gas sector. The candidates' skills will have to be developed through hands-on training in various disciplines for the overall development of their careers.
Eligible candidates can submit applications on the posts of different technical and non-technical positions in various locations of ONGC. The applicant must hold the pass-out certificate of some ITI, and for some other posts, the engineering pass-out certificate. The final process of selection will be mainly merit-based, with performance at the academic level as well as all other pertinent parameters.
The apprenticeship program will be utilized as a form of practical experience between what is schooled and what is practiced in the industries. The selected candidates shall be provided with an allowance during the apprenticeship period, hence increasing their working independence.
