1. Selection Process Overview

Three Stages: The process consists of a Computer Based Test (CBT), a Personal Interview, and a Medical Fitness examination.

Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates may face a Group Discussion, but it is not of qualifying nature.

Format: Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ), 2 hours total duration.

Final Offer: An 'Offer of Appointment' is issued only to candidates who are declared medically fit according to ONGC rules.
