Education Qualification as on 30-11-2025

1. Generalist Officers

• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream from a recognized University.

• Marks Requirement:

  1. General/OBC/EWS: At least 60% in either the degree examination.

  2. SC/ST: At least 55% in either the degree examination.

2. Hindi (Rajbhasha) Officers

• Qualification: Master's Degree from a recognized University, with one of the following combinations (minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS, or 55% for SC/ST):

  1. Master's in Hindi with English at the degree level (as a compulsory, elective subject, or medium of examination).

  2. Master's in English with Hindi at the degree level (as a compulsory, elective subject, or medium of examination).

  3. Master's in Any Subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi medium and English at the degree level (as a compulsory, elective subject, or medium of examination).

  4. Master's in Any Subject other than Hindi or English with English medium and Hindi at the degree level (as a compulsory, elective subject, or medium of examination).

  5. Master's in Any Subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English at the degree level, where one was the medium of examination and the other was a compulsory or elective subject.

• Selection Process: Selection on the Basis of Phase-I, Phase-II Exam & Interview.

OICL AO Scale-I 2025: Documents Required to be Upload

• Scanned Photograph:- 20kb-50 kb, JPEG/JPG Format, 4.5×3.5 cm) Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
• Scanned Signature:- 10kb-20kb, JPEG/JPG format, 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
• Left Thumb Impression:- 20kb-50 kb, JPEG/JPG Format (240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3 cm (Width * Height)
• Hand-written declaration Image:- 50-100 kb, JPEG/JPG Format, 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)
• A hand written declaration stated as
• “I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

• Go to the “Careers” or “Recruitment” section and click on the link for “Download Admit Card for Administrative Officer (AO) Scale-I Phase-I Exam 2025”.
• Log in using your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.
• The Phase-I Admit Card will appear on the screen. Verify all details carefully.
• Download and take a printout of the Admit Card. Carry it to the exam center along with a valid photo ID proof.
