• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution.
• Diploma/ Certificate of at least six month’s Course in Computer Application from recognized Institution.
• Preferential Qualification:-  1. Territorial Army: Minimum 2 years of service in the Territorial Army.  2. NCC: Possession of an NCC 'B' Certificate.

Pay Scale & Mode of Selection

• Pay Scale: Level-4 (Rs.25,500/- to 81,100/-) of pay matrix of 7th PRC plus usual allowances 
• Selection Process:  Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test & Interview.

• Minimum Qualifying Standard :- The minimum qualifying standard shall be :- (i) 40% marks in Preliminary Test, if conducted  (ii) 40% marks in Written Test (iii) 40% marks in Computer Proficiency Test  (IV) 30% marks in Interview.

1. Visit the official website of Patna High Court patnahighcourt.gov.in.
2. Click on the “Recruitments” tab in the left-hand menu.
3. Click on the link “Ex-Cadre Assistant Recruitment Examination, 2026” and then “Apply Online”.
4. Click on “New Registration” and fill Full Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, Category, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email ID. Note down Registration Number and Password.
5. Login with Registration Number and Password. Fill Personal Details and Educational Qualifications.
6. Capture Live Photograph (webcam/phone) as per guidelines and upload scanned Signature along with required documents (10th, Graduation, 6-month Computer Certificate etc.).
7. Preview the application, verify all details, pay the application fee online and submit the form.
8. Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
