• Certificate as Registered Nurse and Passed 3 Yrs. Course in General Nursing and Midwifery. OR B.Sc in Nursing.
• Pay Scale: Initial Pay Rs.44900 (Pay Level as per 7th CPC:7)

• B.Sc. and Diploma in Haemodialysis. OR 2 Yrs. Satisfactory in-house Training / Experience in Haemodialysis Work in a Reputed institution.
• Pay Scale: Initial Pay Rs.35400 (Pay Level as per 7th CPC:7)

• B.Sc. in Chemistry as Main/ Optional Subject in any Branch of Chemistry & 1 Yr. Diploma of Health/ Sanitary Inspector.
• Pay Scale: Initial Pay Rs.35400 (Pay Level as per 7th CPC:7)

• 10+2 in Science or its equivalent, with Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized institution and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948

  Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from a recognized University or equivalent and Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act,1948.

• 10+2/ Graduation in Science/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in ECG Laboratory Technology/ Cardiology/ Cardiology Technician/ Cardiology Techniques.
• Pay Scale: Initial Pay Rs.25500 (Pay Level as per 7th CPC:7)

• 12th (10+2 stage) in Science plus (a) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) (OR)
  (b) Certificate Course in Medical Lab. Technology at par with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) subject to the fulfilment of (i) The course has been done from the institution which is recognized by a University or Technicial Board of State Government /Central Government authority;
  (ii) The duration of the course is at least 01 year; (iii) During the course the candidate should have done the training on full time basis; and (iv) At the end of the course, there should be system of examination which has been successfully passed by the candidate.

• The Question paper for Single Stage CBT will be of 90 minutes duration for 100 questions and 120 minutes for PwBD candidates who are availing the Scribe facility.
• There  will  be  negative  marking and 1/3 mark shall be deducted for each wrong answer
• The  question  papers  shall  be  of  objective  multiple  choice  type  with  four  options.  Only  one  of  these four options will be the correct answer. Language of Question Paper is English & Hindi.
