Railway RRC CR Apprentice 2025 Document Required to be Uploaded

• Photograph Upload: Candidates must upload a clear scanned photograph (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) taken within three months of the application date in JPG/JPEG format, with a size between 20 KB - 70 KB.

• Signature Upload: A scanned image of the candidate’s signature (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) in JPG/JPEG format, with a size between 20 KB - 30 KB, is required.

• Documents to Upload: The following documents need to be uploaded:

  1. SSC (Standard 10th) or equivalent mark sheet.

  2. Birth certificate or equivalent, indicating the date of birth.

  3. Consolidated mark sheet for all semesters of the applied trade or provisional National Trade Certificate.

  4. National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT or SCVT.

  5. Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC categories, if applicable).

  6. Disability certificate (for PwD candidates).

  7. Discharge/Serving certificate (for candidates applying as Ex-Servicemen).

• Document Format: All documents must be uploaded in proper format. Incorrect documents or formats may lead to cancellation of the application.

The candidate is also required to ensure that documents are in the correct format, and original documents must be available for verification during document submission.
