Education Qualification

• First Class M.Sc./M.S. in any branch of Chemistry/Soil Science/ Environmental Science/ Microbiology after B.Sc./B.S. in any discipline of Science from a University established by
  Law in India or a Foreign Qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

• M.Tech./M.E. degree in Environmental Engineering after B.Tech./B.E. degree in Biotechnology/ Chemical/ Civil/Mining/Environmental/ Textile Engineering from a University established by Law in India or Foreign Qualification recognized as equivalent thereto
  Or
  First Class B.Tech./B.E. Degree in any of the above branches of Engineering from a University established by Law in India or a Foreign Qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
   
• Note:- if a class/division is not awarded, minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to first class/division. If a Grade Point System is adopted, the CGPA will be converted to equivalent marks as per procedure adopted by the respective University/Institution.

RSPCB JSO & JEE 2025: Pay Scale & Mode of Selection

• Pay Scale: Junior Scientific Officer is fixed at Pay Matrix Level-12, and Junior Environmental Engineer is fixed at Pay Matrix Level-10.
• Selection Process: Selection on the Basis of Written, DV & Medical Exam.

1. Visit the official website of Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board at https://environment.rajasthan.gov.in/.
2. Click on the “RSPCB JSO & JEE 2025 Online Application” link under the Recruitment or Latest Notifications section.
3. Register yourself by providing your mobile number, email address, and other basic details to create a login ID.
4. Log in using the registration details and fill out the online application form with personal, educational, and professional information.
5. Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, educational certificates (e.g., B.E./B.Tech for JEE, M.Sc. for JSO), and other required documents as per specifications.
6. Pay the application fee online via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
7. Review the form, submit it, and take a printout of the application confirmation for future reference.

Note: Applications are accepted from November 26, 2025, to December 16, 2025. Eligibility: Graduation in Engineering/Science for JEE, Post-Graduation in relevant field for JSO, age 18-40 years.
