Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any stream from a Recognized University in India.

SIB Junior Officer/ Business Promotion Officer 2026: Document Required to Upload 

Guidelines for uploading Photograph:

• A recent photograph taken in studio should be used.
• Make sure that the picture is taken in a white background.
• Casual photographs wearing caps/hats/dark glasses will not be accepted.
• Resolution: 140 pixels (height) x 110 pixels (width).
• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb.

Guidelines for uploading Signature:

• The applicant should sign on a white paper with black ink pen and upload the same
• Resolution: 110 pixels (height) x 140 pixels (width)
• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb.

Guidelines for uploading Resume:

• The File should be in PDF format
• Ensure that the size of the file is not more than 1 MB.

Guidelines for uploading Education Documents

• Educational certificates and marklists of X/SSLC (should mandatorily have D.O.B), XII/HSC and final marklist and certificate of graduation should be combined as a single file in PDF format with file size not exceeding 3 MB.

Pay Scale & Mode of Selection

• Pay Scale: Total CTC at the time of joining will be Rs.7.44 lakhs per annum (inclusive of NPS contribution, Insurance Premium and Variable Pay based on performance.)
• Mode of Selection: Selection on the basis of Group Discussion/ Personal Interview.
