SSC Constable GD 2024 Exam Pattern / Selection Process:-

• Online Application:

  • Candidates need to fill out the online application form on the SSC official website during the application window. The form usually includes personal details, educational qualifications, and other relevant information.

• Written Examination:

  • Paper-I:
    • Mode: Computer-based test (CBT).
    • Duration: 90 minutes.
    • Questions: 100 objective-type questions.
    • Sections: General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, English/Hindi.
    • Marks: Each question typically carries one mark.

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST):

  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
    • Male Candidates:
      • 5 km race to be completed in 24 minutes.
    • Female Candidates:
      • 1.6 km race to be completed in 8.5 minutes.
  • Physical Standard Test (PST):
    • Measurements are taken to verify that candidates meet the physical standards required for the role. Standards include height, chest measurement (for male candidates), and weight.

• Medical Examination:
