Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from a recognized university, or a postgraduate degree in Accountancy. They must also have a Hindi typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour.
(b) Preferential Qualifications:
In cases where all other factors are equal, preference in direct recruitment will be given to candidates who:
Have served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years.
Have obtained "B" or "C" certificates from the National Cadet Corps (NCC).
