Send UP Board Scrutiny Form to:-
- UP Board Address : Board of High School & Intermediate Education UP, Regional Office, Civil Lines, Prayagraj (U.P.) - 211003, Pin Code : 211003, Phone Number : 0532-2423265.
- Instruction to the Applicant:
- Print out of online application form along with print out of Original Treasury Challan has to be sent.
- The application has to be sent to the board office by registered post only.
- Without filling the online application, if any person applies directly by post or courier, then his application will not be accepted by the board.
- The candidate has to send the print of the application and the original copy of the challan by registered post by 12 July 2022.
