Education Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India

• (1) Bachelor's degree from a University established by Law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
  (2)"O" Level certificate awarded by the DOEACC Society or a qualification equivalent thereto.
  (3) Must possess a minimum speed of 25 WPM in Hindi Typewriting.
  Note: Preference shall be given to a candidate knowing English Typewriting also.

• (1) Bachelor's degree from a University established by Law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
  (2) Diploma in Computer Science from any recognized Institute/University or "O" Level certificate awarded by the DOEACC Society.
  (3) Must possess a minimum speed of 25 WPM in Hindi Typewriting.
  Note: Preference shall be given to a candidate knowing English Typewriting also.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce from a University established by Law in India with Accountancy.

  (i) Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years;
  Or
• (ii) Obtained a 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps, shall other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.

Pay Scale & Mode of Selection

• Pay Scale:  Rs.44,900-1,42,400 (Level-7)  to Rs.47,600-1,51,100/- (Level-8)
• Selection Process: Selection on the Basis of Pre Exam, Mains Exam & Skill Test.

3. Click on the “RO/ARO and Other (General/Special Selection) Examination-2026” or Apply Online link under Notifications/Advertisements.
4. Login with your OTR Number and Password.
5. Fill the online application form carefully with personal, educational and category details.
6. Upload scanned photo, signature and required documents as per specifications.
7. Pay the application fee online (Gen/OBC/EWS: ₹125, SC/ST: ₹65, PwD: ₹25) and submit the form.
8. Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
