- Visit the official UPSC online application portal upsconline.nic.in or go to upsc.gov.in and click on "Apply Online".
- If not already registered, complete the One Time Registration (OTR): Click "New Registration", enter basic details (Name, DOB, Email, Mobile, Category, etc.), verify, and generate OTR ID/Password.
- Log in using your OTR credentials (Email/Mobile/OTR ID + Password).
- Find and click on the link for “Combined Medical Services Examination, 2026” (CMS 2026) under active examinations/notifications.
- Fill Part-I (Personal & Educational Details), upload scanned Photograph & Signature (as per specs: usually JPG, 20-300 KB), select exam centre, pay the application fee (â‚ą200 for General/OBC/EWS males; exempted for females/SC/ST/PwBD), and submit Part-II.
- Download and print the final submitted application confirmation for future reference (take printout before 31 March 2026, 6:00 PM IST).
